I am an experienced and fully qualified Massage Therapist and Bowen Therapist, with specialities in remedial and pain relief treatments incorporating Remedial Massage Techniques and Bowen Technique.

 

Whether you are in pain, a busy professional, an athlete, a pregnant mum-to-be or just want some time out, I have over 25 years bodywork experience and post-graduate training to treat a wide variety of issues from muscle tension to complex mechanical problems and rehabilitation with a variety of techniques.

Bowen Therapy

 

Gentle and Effective

Bowen is a holistic remedial body technique, based on the work of Tom Bowen, that works on the soft connective tissue (fascia) of the body. Bowen therapy can be used to treat musculoskeletal or related neurological problems including acute sports injuries and chronic or organic conditions. It is gentle and relaxing and does not use forceful manipulation.
